If you currently have an Our Lady of Guadalupe student or are donating on behalf of a Our Lady of Guadalupe student, please donate items using the form located, please use this form. If you are a business donating directly to the auction, please use the form on the Business Donations Page.

All OLG family cash donations OR intent to donate are due December 1, 2025. For non-family donations, please have other items added and detailed in the system no later than February 10, 2026 and reach out to olg.auction.chair@gmail.com with questions and/or to make arrangements for donation pick-up/delivery. 

• Please enter an accurate and detailed description of the item(s). This will be used as part of the catalog description and auction committee members will not always be able to verify your description to your item.
  
  
• Please list any restrictions, expiration dates, etc.
  
  
• Items should be new and in the original packaging, used items will not be accepted.
  
  
• Clothing is accepted only under the discretion of the auction chairs.
